Spring!

It's spring sang the frog,
It's spring sang the groundhog,
It's spring!!
The birds are chirping and the crocus have once again
covered the lawns of England :)
The windows are open and
my toes can feel the breeze!

Get up! Let's go to the garden by moonlight
Where flowers burn the midnight oil bright.
Our ship was ice-bound for two months or three;
Brothers, now it's time for the open sea.

Spring is very important in my semazen training, indicative of moving past trauma and into bliss. The timing of the training makes it so that the emotional barriers are cleared just when the flowers start to blossom outside =)
